Refund Policy

If a purchase from apps.chochicho.ch isn’t right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no reason required.

How to get a refund

Orders are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Either:

• reply to your Paddle receipt email or use paddle.net with your order number, or
• email us at support@chochicho.ch and we’ll take care of it with Paddle.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens to the license

When a purchase is refunded, the license key is deactivated automatically and the app returns to its unlicensed state.

Fair use

We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or published/resold keys). Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
